How can I place an order?Orders can be placed through our website 24/7, or feel free to visit us in-store to build your own cheese box.

Can I cancel my order?Returns: Due to the perishable and organic nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If an item in your order is incorrect or faulty, you must notify us within 1 hour of receiving the goods to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the issue for verification. Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed and the full amount will be charged. For orders valued at €500 or more, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up will also incur a 100% charge. Order Changes: Adjustments to your order can be made within the first 2 hours after booking. After this period, no further changes will be accommodated.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept major credit and debit cards both in-store and on our website. Cash is accepted in-store. Please note, we do not accept AMEX in-store, but it is accepted on our website.

Delivery/Pick-upWe’re excited to offer convenient in-store pickup for all orders! Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth pickup experience: Order Schedule: Place your order online and choose a pickup time from Tuesday-Friday 11:30-18:00. Saturday 13:00-18:00 Pickup Location: Visit our store at Bulevardi 15, Helsinki during your selected pickup time. At the moment, we are not offering standard deliveries. However, we do provide delivery services for bulk orders, as well as for catering events. Please contact us directly for more details.

How long can I keep my cheese box?To ensure the quality of our product, We recommend you to consume it on the same day you have received it. To fully appreciate the flavors, remove the box from the fridge 1 hour before serving.

I have food allergy/dietary requirementsOur products are prepared in a kitchen that handles all major allergens. While we strive to accommodate allergy requests, there is a risk of cross-contamination. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in the form provided at checkout. *There will be an additional charge if you wish to have (Gluten free option etc.) Box. You can leave a note on checkout or send us an email at hello@herkkuboulevard.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is your business fully insured and registered?Yes, we are fully insured and meet all current food hygiene and health & safety training standards. We take great care in maintaining the highest standards to ensure the quality and safety of our produce and food handling.
