Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase from Herkku Boulevard, you agree to comply with our General Terms & Conditions as well as our Delivery Terms & Conditions.

Orders

Returns: Due to the perishable and organic nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If an item in your order is incorrect or faulty, you must notify us within 1 hour of receiving the goods to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the issue for verification.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed and the full amount will be charged.

For orders valued at €500 or more, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up will also incur a 100% charge.

Order Changes: Adjustments to your order can be made within the first 2 hours after booking. After this period, no further changes will be accommodated.

Gift Vouchers:
Herkku Boulevard gift vouchers are valid for up to 6 months, unless stated otherwise.

Discount Codes:
Discount codes and special offers apply only to online purchases and are not valid for custom services or orders.

Competitions:
Credits or prizes won in competitions must be redeemed within 3 months unless specified otherwise.

Order Holds:
In exceptional cases and with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, we may agree to place an order on hold. In such situations, the full order value must be redeemed in a single transaction within 3 months. It is the customer's responsibility to redeem the order, and re-bookings are subject to availability.

Date Reservations:
Due to high demand for our services, we are unable to reserve dates without a confirmed booking.

Seasonal Ingredients & Supplier Availability:
Our products are sourced weekly and may vary based on seasonal availability. While most menu items remain consistent, seasonal changes and supplier availability may affect certain ingredients, such as honeycomb or edible flowers. In such cases, substitutions or increased quantities of other items will be made. Please refer to our website for current menu details.

Food Handling:
Once your order is picked up or delivered, ensure that it is refrigerated and consumed on the same day. Any food left unrefrigerated for over 4 hours should be discarded, following Finland’s food safety standards. By agreeing to these terms, you accept responsibility for discarding food past this time. Herkku Boulevard is not liable for any reactions caused by improper storage.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements:
Please inform us of any dietary preferences or allergies at checkout. Due to the potential for cross-contamination, we are unable to guarantee allergen-free products. If you or your guests have severe allergies, note that we cannot ensure the complete absence of the following allergens:

Unless you specifically request otherwise, we may share images from your event on our social media platforms.
